What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm and open every other Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Closed on Sundays.

What are your access hours?

You can access your unit from 6:00 am until 9:00 pm, any day of the week.

What are the benefits of renting a temperature controlled unit?

Temperature control keeps your unit at a constant temperature that helps you avoid damages to your belongings that can be caused by unstable temperatures and weather conditions. Temperature control helps you avoid damages like rust, warping, mold, mildew, and melting.

Is your facility secure?

We do whatever we can to maintain superior security at our facility. Our property is fenced and accessible only through our security gate. Additionally, we use security cameras to monitor our property. We have an option for our customers to rent a unit with an indivudal alarm on the drive-up door adding extra protection.

Where do I need to pay my bill?

You can pay from wherever you are! We offer online bill pay to make the whole process easier for you. We also have a kiosk available to may your payment.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. All you have to do is contact us! Additionally, stop by and see us. Even if you’re not ready to rent your unit quite yet, we’ll show you what we have to offer to meet your storage needs.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government issued photo ID (e.g: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
